Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kearney & Trecker / Kollmorgen TTR-2984-4201-B-40-L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yamaha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Animatics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamaha such as the SRCX20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMPH08A1E41D manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2316DTPLS2 by Manufacturer Animatics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMSH30ACA61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as T56S1013A equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available TCP71029 made by Ao-Smith-/-Centuiry-Ii as well as the popular TPM025S091R6P01094AW1 original spares produced by Witenstein

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST4CR by Abanaki and T56S1013A spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGSA550 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sigma-Giken.
